Access, parking and public toilets
How to get here
The Visitor's House is located in the heart of Vézelay halfway up the hill to the Basilica.
Arrival by bus
Minute drop down the village at the entrance to Vézelay. Parking Ruesses 200 meters towards Clamecy: 10 € per bus.
NB The meeting point for the Historic Walk is at Asquins in the car park before entering the village.
Public toilets
Free public toilets: at the bottom of the village 50 meters from the drop-off point and at the top of the village behind the Basilica.
Please plan to go to the toilet before going to the Visitor's House.
Catering
It is possible to picnic in the park at the bedside of the Basilica with panoramic views in the Morvan natural park, (in case of rain the Town Hall provides the village hall - reservation at the Town Hall)
